Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.


Size Issues

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
As items are printed on demand, we can’t offer exchanges for sizing errors unless the item is defective.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
